So I set up a whole situation for her in the tub. Blanket, pillows, tissue to wipe her tears, everything. Honestly it’s not even that bad, it’s clean, it works, problem solved. Because there’s no way I’m the one giving up the bed when I’m the one paying the rent. That doesn’t even make sense.

And now she’s acting like I did something crazy, like I didn’t just provide an alternative. We don’t have a couch, we don’t have extra space, so I worked with what we’ve got. I’m not about to inconvenience myself over an argument she started.

At this point it’s simple. Either take the tub setup or figure something else out, because I’m not the one relocating in my own place.
