I literally ordered this SIMPLE no mustard, no onion, extra pickle and tell me why I open the burger and it’s LOADED with onion, mustard, and pickle like they just threw everything on it anyway. The receipt is RIGHT THERE, highlighted and everything, so in what part of that did they not understand?? Imagine spending money on food just to get the exact opposite of what you asked for, like what am I even paying for at this point??
And don’t even say “just take it off” because why should I be fixing something I paid to be made right the first time?? This isn’t even complicated, it’s basic instructions. At this point it feels like they just ignore it on purpose and expect you to deal with it anyway. If they want drama then I’ll give them drama, I literally went back and slammed that whole burger on the counter because what kind of nonsense is this?? Anybody dealing with this would react the same, this is straight up bullshit.
I’m honestly at the point where I check everything before I even leave the place because this happens way too often. Like how hard is it to follow what’s literally printed in front of you??
