Spanish influencer Vienna Wurstel has spent £37,000 on lip fillers alone, aiming for the world’s biggest lips, despite criticism and physical challenges
In a world where fame often trumps talent, some individuals go to extreme lengths for attention. One such case is that of Vienna Wurstel, a social media influencer from Majorca, Spain, who has made headlines for her unusually large lips and her unrelenting desire to make them even larger.
In The Pursuit Of The World’s Largest Lips
Vienna, known for her dramatically enhanced appearance, claims to have the “biggest lips in the world”.
Despite frequent ridicule online, with some comparing her lips to thick, round momos, she remains undeterred. “I won’t stop here,” she says. “I want to go even bigger.”
A Fortune Spent On Cosmetic Surgery
Her journey began at the age of 18 with her first cosmetic procedure. Since then, Vienna has reportedly spent around $160,000 (approximately Rs 1.3 crore), with about £37,000 (nearly Rs 39 lakhs) spent solely on lip surgeries and fillers.
Her extensive cosmetic work includes breast augmentation, lip lifts, eye lifts, cheek and chin implants, and a Brazilian butt lift.
Vienna claims her body now contains “more plastic than body fat.”
Weekly Fillers And Online Criticism
To maintain her signature look, she travels from Majorca to Frankfurt every few weeks for lip filler treatments. “Sometimes weekly, or every two to four weeks. I want to stand out — to be extreme,” she says.
However, with viral fame comes intense backlash. Critics mock her appearance, often filming her in public or suggesting her plastic surgeon should be held accountable. Some even accuse her of looking “horrible”. Vienna admits her lips can make eating, speaking, and even breathing difficult, but she insists she has no regrets.
“I’m creating the version of myself I want to see — no matter what anyone says,” she adds.
