I’m at the laundry room in Sparkle Wash Laundromat and I already knew something was off, so I set this up on purpose. Every time I’d do laundry,

a couple dollars would magically disappear. Not enough to make a scene, just enough to make you question your own memory. So this time I left cash out next to my stuff and took a mental note of everything else around it.

Came back and somehow the ONLY thing missing is the bills. Not the pile of coins, not the watch, not even the random junk sitting right there. Just the cash, clean and gone. That’s not an accident, that’s someone being real selective and thinking they’re slick about it. Like they’ve been doing this long enough to know exactly what to grab and what to leave behind.

And honestly that’s what’s annoying. Not even the money, it’s the fact someone really thinks nobody notices patterns. You don’t just keep losing the same thing over and over unless someone’s actively watching and waiting. That’s not “finding loose change,” that’s straight up taking what isn’t yours and hoping people stay quiet.

And yeah, I saw who did it. Now it’s just a question of how far I feel like taking it, because I could call it out right there or let everyone else in this place figure out who they’ve been sharing space with this whole time. Either way, someone got way too comfortable thinking nobody was paying attention.
