I pulled up to Kohl’s, parked real quick thinking I’m about to run in and out, grab one thing and be gone.

I was in there for minutes, not even enough time to blink twice.

I come back outside and my car already up on a tow truck like they was WAITING on me. I’m talking straps on, lifted, whole process already halfway done. That means somebody saw it, called it in immediately, and the tow truck pulled up faster than I walked through the store.

Now I’m stuck dealing with fees, figuring out where they took my car, wasting my whole day over something that barely even lasted. And don’t tell me “rules are rules” because that response was way too fast and extra for what it was.

It don’t even feel like enforcement, it feel like people just be watching, ready to get somebody the second they slip. And I’m the one paying for it now.
